I’m a registered psychotherapist based in Greenlane. I also offer online sessions for those who prefer flexibility or are further afield.
My clinical experience has taken me into diverse settings, including a general psychotherapy clinic, a men’s prison, and, most recently, working with male survivors of sexual abuse. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the challenges people face and the ways therapy can support meaningful change.
While I’m open to working with anyone, regardless of their reasons for seeking therapy, I have particular areas of interest:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- PTSD
- Sexual abuse
- Relationship difficulties
- Self-esteem and self-image
- Male-specific challenges
Therapy is a space where you can bring whatever is on your mind—there’s no “right” or “wrong” reason to come. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and equipped to work through life’s challenges in a way that feels authentic to you.
